据说,应将 an 改为 a。但我不理解。语法书上不是说以元音开始的词之前要用 an 吗?难道 u 不算是元音吗?

这里要特别注意:an 应放在发音以元音音素开始的单词之前,而不是放在以元音字母为开头的单词之前。不难看出 university 的发音[juːni'və:səti]是以辅音音素[j]为开始的。类例：
