句(2)能否也改写成被动句呢?
有若干动词可用在宾语 + 不带 to 不定式这一结构中, 如 have, let, make, hear, watch, observe 等。其中 have, let 不能用于被动式:
× I was had(to) repeat the message.
× The prisoner was let go home.

短语 have a rest 和动词 rest 有无区别?
这两种表达方式的含义有些区别,而且用法也不相同:一是 have a rest(look)结构主要用于非正式语体,二是 have a rest 结构表示有限时间的动作(for a limited period),亦即含有动作短暂的意味,例如 Let me have a try.(让我试一试。)再如:
Let's have a look at the things. 让我们看一看这些东西。
I like to have a smoke after dinner. 我喜欢饭后抽口烟。
She usually has a bath in the morning. 她早上通常要洗个澡。
And we can have a drink of orange, too! 我们还可以喝杯桔汁!
have 的附加疑问句
You had one of your teeth pulled out yesterday, ____? A. had you B. hadn't you C. did you D. didn't you(上海高考,00春-6) 答案为 D。为什么不可以选 B?
have 不作“有”解时,其否定式和疑问式必须使用助动词 do(does, did),故只能选 D,见 tag questions 。
