上句中的介词 in 不能改为 on, 因为这里的 in 是指“在报纸的内容里”, 不是指“在一张报纸的表面上”。因此, 在表达某个内容“在书上”“在图画上”“在报纸上”时, 要用 in the book/picture/newspaper。例如:
What can you see in the picture? 你在画里能看见什么？
但是,也有例外:“在地图上”,要说 on the map,例如:
Could you show me the way to the zoo on the map, please? 你能在地图上向我指出去动物园的路吗？
