take note of 意为“注意(到)”:

When you find anything, make a note where it's found, and do a drawing in your notebook. 请问 where 从句是地点状语从句吗?
首先要明确 where 从句并不是地点状语从句,而是介词宾语从句(参见 noun clauses, idea, prepositions )。make a note of ... 意思是“把……记录下来”。介词 of 的宾语常常是名词或代词:
She made a note of the important points. 她把要点记了下来。
She made a note of the date in her diary. 她把这个日期记在日记里了。
我们已经懂得 wh-从句可以充当介词宾语，而且其前的介词常常省略。因此，我们有理由把 where... 从句看作是介词 of 的宾语，只是省略了 of 而已。类例：
Make a note (notes) of how much money you spend on the trip. 把你旅行中花费的钱数记下来。
