《高中英语解题题典》(东北师大出版社, p.19) 给的答案是 A。能不能选 B 呢?

选A固然正确，但是选B也并非错误（只是暗含意义有所不同）（参见some $^3$ ，any $^{5,6}$ ）。葛传梁教授早在30多年前就曾指出：下面两句都是正确的：

Will you have any butter?

Will you have some butter? （含着“你大约要一些”的意思）(《英语惯用法词典》，p.565)
any $^{4}$

《现代英语用法词典》(p.4211)说：“在条件从句中，两者都可以用：

If we had some [any] money, we could buy it. (OSD) 要是我们有钱的话, 就能把它买下来。”

但不知这里的 some 和 any 有无区别。
