The building of a new car factory was agreed on last month...
有些语法学家把动词 + 介词的结构(如 look at, look after, agree on, agree to)看作是一个整体,就像是及物动词一样。
-
She looked after her son. → Her son was looked after by her.
-
They agreed on the building of a new car factory last month. →The building of a new car factory was agreed on last month.
-
We agreed on the question. The question was agreed on.
Your teacher must be listened to carefully.

The building of a new car factory was agreed on last month...
-
I met the new manager today and found that we agreed on basic policies.
-
Let's try to agree on an approach to the problem.
-
We all agreed on the terms.
-
You and I agree on this point.
-
We agreed on a date for the next meeting.
She wants to know whether the measures have been agreed ____.
